摘要
从斜齿圆柱齿轮的成形原理出发,用准确的数学方程进行描述,并在Pro/E中予以模型的生成,并将斜齿圆柱齿轮的画法参数化,可以迅速完成任意的圆柱斜齿轮的三维模型的建立。同时利用Pro/E和ANSYS的专用接口,将在Pro/E中建立的三维实体模型导入到ANSYS中,利用ANSYS的有限元分析功能,对斜齿圆柱齿轮进行模态分析,得到其在各阶模态下的固有频率和固有振型,为齿轮的优化设计及应用提供理论依据。
From the formation principle of helical gear, use the mathematical equations which can describe accurately, and generate the implementation model in Pro/E, and painting helical gear by parameterization, can speedly complete any three-dimensional helical gear model. While taking advantage of Pro/E and ANSYS dedicated interface, three-dimensional solid model can be imported into ANSYS using ANSYS finite element analysis ,the helical gears' modal analysis can be done, can get natural frequency and natural vibration mode under each mode, thus providing a theoretical basis for the optimization design of gear and applications .
