摘要
硝酸四合一机组在工作时会产生不同方向的扰力,该扰力将引起机组底座的振动,因而可能导致机组无法正常运行,所以动力学设计在机组底座结构的设计中是不可缺少的一部分。介绍了模态分析的原理和模态分析的方法,利用有限元软件ANSYS对硝酸四合一机组底座结构进行合理简化和建模,并进行模态分析,得到了底座在各阶模态下的固有频率和固有振型,找到了机组底座振动中的危险区域。
Disturbing force with different direction would generate when nitric acid 4 in 1 unit being in running,which will result in vibration of the base,leading to the machine group run abnormally.So,it is necessary to perform dynamic design during structure design of the nitric acid 4 in 1 unit’s base.The principle and method of mode analysis are introduced in this paper,then,on basis of finite element software,the structure of nitric acid 4 in 1 unit’s base was simplified and modeled reasonably,and mode analysis was performed.Finally,the natural frequency and vibration mode for the foundation under different order modal were obtained,and the most dangerous area during the vibration process of the foundation was determined.
