摘要
底座是转台的主要承载结构件,其强度和刚度必须符合要求。提高底座的刚度,控制底座变形,对转台的精度、稳定性有重大影响。应用力学理论对底座的机械结构进行了力学分析,讨论了底座在承载过程中的变形规律,并根据分析结果对结构进行了优化;采用有限元仿真计算,分析了改进前后底座承载下的变形,并设计出满足转台要求的高刚度底座。
Foundation is the mostly structural component bearing the weight, its structural strength and stiffness must be up to the mustard. It is important infection for turntable's precision to enhance the foundation's stiffness and control the deformation. The mechanical structure and the deformation rule of foundation are analyzed. The foundation structure is improved by using the analysis results. The high stiffness foundation is designed to meet the turntable's request by using the FEM calculation.
