尿白细胞介素-6水平与2型糖尿病患者尿路感染的相关性分析 被引量:1

Correlation between urine interleukin-6 level and urinary tract infections in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus

摘要 目的探讨尿白细胞介素-6水平与2型糖尿病患者尿路感染的相关性,为糖尿病合并尿路感染的治疗提供理论依据。方法选取2012年2月-2013年2月门诊糖尿病患者60例作为观察组,选取同期门诊健康体检人员60名作为对照组,所选样本受试者均为更年期女性,测量比较两组受试者的基线白细胞介素-6的水平差异,对样本受试者进行为期1年的随访。结果对照组在随访中发生尿路感染为16例,感染率为26.67%,观察组尿路感染为34例,感染率为56.67%,两组感染率差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.11,P<0.05);对照组与观察组尿路感染的尿白细胞介素-6水平分别为(142.65±17.49)(118.86±18.72)pg/ml,两者差异有统计学意义(t=4.38,P<0.05)。结论更年期糖尿病女性患者尿路感染率高于正常更年期女性尿路感染率,发病时两者尿白细胞介素-6水平具有明显差异,且正常人群高于糖尿病患者。 OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between the urine interleukin-6level and the urinary tract infections in the patients with type 2diabetic mellitus so as to provide theoretical basis for treatment of the diabetic mellitus complicated with urinary tract infections.METHODS From Feb 2012 to Feb 2013,totally 60 outpatient department patients with diabetic mellitus were chosen as the observation group,meanwhile,60 healthy people who underwent the physical examination were set as the control group,and all of the enrolled participants were menopausal women.The baseline interleukin-6level was measured and compared between the two groups of patients,and a one-year follow-up was conducted for the enrolled participants.RESULTS The follow-up revealed that the urinary tract infections occurred in 16 cases in the control group,with the infection rate of 26.67%,and the urinary tract infections occurred in 34 cases in the observation group,with the infection rate of 56.67%,and there was statistically significant difference in the infection rate between the two groups(χ^2=11.11,P〈0.05).The urine interleukin-6level of the patients with urinary tract infections was(142.65±17.49)pg/ml in the control group,(118.86±18.72)pg/ml in the observation group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(t=4.38,P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The incidence of urinary tract infections is higher in the menopausal women with diabetic mellitus than in the normal menopausal women,there is significant difference in the urine interleukin-6level at the onset between the two populations,and the urine interleukin-6level of healthy people is higher than that of the patients with diabetic mellitus.
