摘要
目的：探讨糖尿病患者医院感染的原因和预防措施。方法：对我院2000年1月~2006年12月368例糖尿病发生医院感染进行回顾性统计分析。结果：糖尿病患者医院感染的好发部位多见于呼吸道、胃肠道、泌尿道;引起医院感染常见病原菌为大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌。结论：提高机体抵抗力、控制内源性感染,是预防糖尿病患者感染的主要措施。
Objective： To investigate the reason and prevention of hospital infection among diabetics. Methods： A total of 368 cases of hospital infections occurred in diabetics between Jan 2000 and Dec 2006 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The most hospital infections siting among diabetics were respiratory system , digestive tract, urinary tract. The common pathogenic bacteria that caused hospital infections were Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus of golden yellow. Candida albicans. Conclusions： The main prevention and control means of hospital infection among diabetics are to improve the human immunity and control endogenous infectons.
