摘要
运动员薪酬是影响整个竞技体育行业发展的核心因素之一。通过调查法、文献资料法等,对我国运动员薪酬构成体系及演进进行总结、分析、归类,发现存在偏重经济性薪酬、薪酬构成二元化、薪酬体系市场化程度不高及职业化发展趋势业已确立等特征。建议运动员薪酬设置遵循体现"以人为本"的核心理念、薪酬设计积极引进现代企业管理理念、保障运动员受教育权利、加强退役能力转换的培养、积极引进社会保障体系以及提高基础工资所占比重等基本发展路径,以促进我国体育事业的健康发展。
Athletes pay is one of the core factors that affect the whole sports industry development. Through the methods of field research,literature and the summary carried on,classification of the athlete compensation constitution system and evolution in our country,it is found that there are such characteristics of emphasis economic compensation as the dual salary structure,the salary system of and that the degree of market- based is not high and occupation development trends have been established. It is recommended that the basic development path of athletes compensation settings follow embody the"people- oriented "core philosophy,and the salary design actively introduce modern enterprise management concept. It is to safeguard athletes suffer educational right,to strengthen the training of the ability of converting retired,to actively introduce social security system and to improve the proportion of basic wage in an attempt to promote the healthy development of sports undertakings in China.
