摘要
通过文献法、田野调查法与专家访问法等,对我国专业运动员薪酬认知情况进行调查分析。研究得出:当前我国专业运动员薪酬体系存在经济薪酬偏低,忽视非经济性薪酬,奖惩制度不完善等问题。最后总结出应提高总体薪酬,理顺运动员的权力与责任,重塑薪酬体系。
Depending on the methods of literature searching and questionnaire, the paper analyzes Chinese athletes /pay issues, with the conclusion showing that current athletes'pay system exposes its own problems of low economic pay- ments, negligence of non - economic payments and imperfection in reward and punishment, etc. It finally summarizes that we should improve the overall payment, regulate the athletes lrights and responsibility so as to reestablish the corre- sponding payment system.
