摘要
运用经济学理论对竞技体育物品进行了分类。认为:竞技体育物品的划分应依据运动项目在国家奥运战略中的地位、运动项目的市场需求及竞技体育物品的性质,不同的竞技体育物品分别应由最有效率的组织提供。指出:政府的竞技体育管理职能应界定为提供竞技体育公共物品、间接管理体育组织、制定竞技体育公共政策、对竞技体育物品生产进行宏观调控。
The economic theory was used to classify competitive sports goods. It holds that the classification of competitive sports goods ought to base on the positions of sports events in the state Olympic strategy, the market needs of sports events and the characters of competitive sports goods, and the different competitive sports goods should be separately supplied by the organizations that were efficient in work, and meanwhile points out that government function of managing competitive sports should be limited to providing public goods for competitive sport, indirect management of sports organizations, making public policy of competitive sport and carrying out macroscopic regulation and control of the production of competitive sports goods.
