摘要
移动图书馆APP作为移动互联网时代图书馆的最新服务方式,其使用意愿受多方因素的影响。本文基于顾客承诺理论和创新扩散理论,通过问卷调查和结构方程建模进行实证研究。研究表明承诺感知和创新因素感知同时影响使用意愿,且创新因素感知是影响移动图书馆APP使用意愿的主要因素,承诺感知的作用必不可少并且主要来自于情感承诺。
Mobile library application is the latest service mode in the Mobile Internet Era and its usage intention is affected by many factors. Based on Customer Commitment theory and Innovation Diffusion Theory, an empirical study was conducted through survey questionnaires and structural equation modeling. It turns out that both perceived commitment and perceived innovation factors have impacts on usage intention and perceived innovation factors are the primary factors influencing the usage intention of mobile library application, while the perceived commitment is essential and mainly comes from affective commitment.
