顾客关系承诺研究述评与展望

摘要 关系承诺是衡量消费者是否愿意与企业保持长期关系的重要标准,也是影响消费者忠诚的关键因素。文章从顾客关系承诺的涵义、维度,以及中外研究成果比较三个方面,对顾客关系承诺做了一个综述性的阐释,以使大家对顾客关系承诺研究有一个更清晰的认识。
