摘要
海军是海上军事活动的主体,海军的特点也体现了海上军事活动的特点。国际海洋法的编纂历史表明海上军事活动一直都受到国际法的影响,特别是《联合国海洋法公约》(以下简称《公约》)涉及的军事义务以及其对国家安全利益的保护深深地影响着当代各国平时的海上军事活动。
Navy is the subject of the military activities at sea, the features of the Navy are also embody the characteristics of the military activities at sea. The history of the codification of the Sea Law reflects the military activities at sea have been regulated by the international law, the military obligations involved in the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea（UNCLOS） and the protection of the UNCLOS to the national security interests all deeply influence the military activities at sea of every state in the peacetime.
