摘要
目的探讨微型培训模式提高ICU护士应急能力。方法选取ICU≤5年的低年资护士12例,对所有ICU护士采用微型培训模式进行专科理论及操作培训。结果培训后ICU护士在监护理论、抢救技术,及应急配合三个环节均有提高。结论采用微型培训模式使得ICU低年资护士在病情观察能力、独立分析判断力和抢救技术有效果,大大增强了低年资护士的应急能力,提升了护理培训效果。
Objective Discuss the improving on the response capacity of ICU nurse after employing mini-training model. Methods Selected 12 low seniority nurses with the experiences in ICU less than 5 years. All these ICU nurses accepted the training on ICU nurses care theory and operation with the minitraining model. Results The ICU nurses after training were improved significantly on care theory,rescue techniques as well as emergency corporation. Conclusion After employing the mini-training model,the ICU nurse with low seniority will improve significantly in condition observation ability,independent analysis and judgment,and emergency rescue techniques. Their response capacity on emergency increases largely and the effect after training is improved at last.
