摘要
[目的]考察实验室对沙门氏菌的检测能力。[方法]按照GB4789.4-2010对标号分别为1#、2#、3#、4#、5#的5组样品进行检测,并对阳性菌进行了分型。[结果]试验得出,供试的1#~5#样品中1#菌为鼠伤寒沙门氏菌,2#为蒙得维的丽沙门氏菌,3#为阿贡纳沙门氏菌,4#、5#样品均为非沙门氏菌。[结论]通过此次能力验证,甘肃省食品检验研究院微生物检测实验室的检验能力得到了有效验证,实验室管理水平和沙门氏菌检测技术水平得到了有效提高。
[ Objective ] To study the detection of Salmonella in laboratory. [ Method ] According to GB 4789.4 - 2010, the samples of 5 groups of1#, 2#, 3#, 4# and 5# were detected, and the positive bacteria were divided into groups. [ Result] The results showed that among test samples, bacteria 1# is Salmonella typhimurium, 2 # is Lisa Salmonella montevideo, 3# is Salmonella agone, 4# and 5# are Non Salmo- nella. [ Conclusion ] Through this capacity verification, testing capabilities of microbiology testing laboratory of Gansu Food Inspection and Re- search Institute have been effectively verified, laboratory management level and Salmonella detection technology has been effectively improved.
