显色培养基快速检测沙门菌效果的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:评价显色培养基对沙门菌的检测效果,探讨显色法在实际应用中的可行性。方法:本实验室研制的沙门菌(Salmonellasp.)显色培养基HKSal与经典培养基SS、DHL琼脂和国外两种同类商品化显色培养基(ZWSalI和ZWSa-lII)作对比,分别对19株质控菌、40种人工污染样品和45种实际样品进行检测。结果:3种显色培养基均具有良好的选择性及特异性;在对7株质控菌、人工污染样品和实际样品检测中,HKSal、ZWSalI和ZWSalII沙门菌显色培养基与经典培养基SS和DHL可以达到相近的检测限和灵敏度。HKSal沙门菌显色培养基对某些沙门菌的灵敏度比ZWSalII沙门菌显色培养基更高。结论:本实验室研究试制的显色培养基HKSal与国外其它的两种显色培养基一样,都具有较好的检测效果,可大大提高沙门菌的检测效率,在实际应用中具有较大的应用价值。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of chromogenic medium for Salmonellae detection and discuss the avilability of chromogenic method.Methods:A new Salmonella chromogenic medium HKSal prepared by our laboratory was compared with two classical media SS agar(SS) and Deoxycholate hydrogen sulfide lactose agar(DHL),and the other two chromogenic media ZWSalI and ZWSalII from abroad for detection of Salmonella by 19 reference strains in 40 samples with artificial polluting Salmonella and 45 natural samples.Results:The selectivity and the specificity of HKSal were the same as other two chromogenic media.The sensitivity of three chromogenic media was close to two classical media SS and DHL HKSal had higher specificity than ZWSalII.Conclusion:The HKSal has good efficacy and value as other two Chromogenic media which may improve the detection of efficiency in application.
