摘要
旅游业发展对应用型人才的需求、旅游高等教育的职业性和应用性、旅游高等教育在学历层次和课程体系等方面的承接性和差异性等因素,决定了旅游高等职业教育必须建立一体化的人才培养模式,从培养目标、课程设置、教学方法、招生体制等方面加强有效衔接,并通过加快地方本科院校的转型、加强"双师型"师资队伍建设、加强深层次校企合作、加大招生制度的改革力度等方式完善保障机制。
The factors such as the demand tourism development for applied talents,the vocational and applied characteristics of tourism higher education,the combining and differential characteristics of degree level and courses system of tourism higher education,and so on,decides that tourism high vocational education must establishes the integrated talents training mode,enhancing the effective combination in the aspects of training targets,courses setting,teaching method,admissions system,and so on. The assuring system should be perfected as well by the measures such as speeding up the transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities,strengthening the double qualified teachers team construction,strengthening the deep cooperation of schools and enterprises,increasing the reform efforts of enrollment system,and so on.
