摘要
目的探讨壹期煤工尘肺(CWP)患者血清趋化因子γ-干扰素诱导蛋白10(IP-10)、巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)、巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-1β(MIP-1β)和巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-3α(MIP-3α)水平变化及意义。方法用Luminex流式荧光技术检测85例壹期CWP患者(CWP组)、44例井下健康工人(接尘对照组)及42例井上健康工人(正常对照组)血清IP-10、MIP-1α、MIP-1β和MIP-3α水平。结果与正常对照组比较,CWP组IP-10升高、MIP-1α降低,接尘组IP-10、MIP-1α和MIP-1β均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);CWP组IP-10、MIP-1α、MIP-1β和MIP-3α水平均明显高于接尘对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);与单纯CWP比较,CWP合并肺气肿患者MIP-3α水平下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CWP患者血清IP-10与MIP-1α、MIP-1β、MIP-3α以及MIP-1α和MIP-1β呈轻度正相关(rs=0.452、0.363、0.255、0.501,P<0.05)。结论壹期CWP患者血清趋化因子IP-10、MIP-1α、MIP-1β和MIP-3α水平异常,与尘肺发生发展有关;检测MIP-3α水平可能反映CWP病情程度。
Objective To explore the serum levels of chemokines such as interferon-γ-induced protein 10 ( IP-10), mac- rophage inflammatory protein-1α ( MIP- 1α) , maerophage inflammatory protein- 1β ( MIP- 1β ) and macrophage inflamma-tory protein-3α(MIP-3α) in stage I coal workers' pneumoconiosis (CWP) and their clinical significance. Methods Serum levels of those chemokines mentioned above of 85 CWP patients ( CWP group), 44 healthy underground coal workers ( dust-exposed control group) and 42 healthy ground workers (normal control group) were determined by a Multifunction Flow Fluorescence System Luminex 200. Results The results showed that compared with normal control group, the serum level of IP-10 in CWP group were significantly increased, whereas MIP-1α were decreased (P〈0. 01, P〈0. 05) ; serum levels of IP-10, MIP- 1α and MIP-1β in dust-exposed control group were significantly lowered (P〈0. 01, P〈0. 05 ) ; while the serum levels of IP-10, MIP-1α, MIP-1β and MIP-3α in CWP group were significantly lower than those in dust-exposed control group (P〈0. 01, P〈 0. 05) , serum MIP-3α level in CWP patients with emphysema were significantly lower than those CWP patients (P〈O. 05 ). Additionally in CWP group, there were some slight positive correlations between IP-10 and MIP-1α, IP-10 and MIP-1β, IP-10 andMIP-3α, MIP-lot andMIP-1β (rs=0.452, 0.363, 0.255, 0.501, P〈0.05). Conclusion TheserumlevelsoflP-10, MIP-1α, MIP-1β and MIP-3α in stage I CWP group were all abnormal, which associated with the occurrence and development of CWP, and the detection of serum MIP-3α levels reflect the severity of CWP.
