摘要
运用随机前沿分析方法对中国医疗设备及仪器仪表制造业的创新效率及影响因素进行了实证分析。研究表明,中国医疗设备及仪器仪表制造业的创新效率总体呈上升趋势且存在明显地区域差异。该行业研发人员投入的产出弹性弱于研发经费投入的产出弹性,创新产出主要由研发经费驱动。对于大多数省市而言,以专利申请数为产出指标计算的创新效率普遍高于以新产品销售收入为产出指标计算的创新效率。产业利润、研究人员分别对创新效率具有显著正向影响。
This paper uses stochastic frontier analysis method to conduct empirical analysis on innovation efficiency and influence factors in China manufacture of medical equipment and measuring instrument.Research shows that the innovation efficiency in the industry overall presents upward trend and obvious regional differences.The output elasticity of R&D personnel is weaker than that in R&D funds; innovation output is mainly driven by funds.For most provinces, the innovation efficiency is generally higher measured by patent applications than measured by sales revenue of new products.Industrial profits, researchers have a significant positive effect on innovation efficiency.
