摘要
本文构建了专利转化为新产品销售收入为产出变量的超越对数随机前沿模型,利用SFA方法对专利转化效率及其影响因素进行分析。通过对1995—2011年五个一级行业的面板数据进行分析,结果显示:(1)外资化程度、大规模企业、产业集聚等因素对专利转化效率有显著促进作用,而国有化程度、小规模企业却对专利转化效率有明显抑制作用,中型规模企业对专利转化效率影响并不显著;(2)电子计算机及办公设备制造业、电子及通信设备制造业效率值较高,航空航天器制造业效率值处于中下水平,医药制造业、医疗设备及仪器仪表制造业效率值较低;(3)各高技术产业效率值随时间发展有所改善,但速度缓慢,且各产业间的效率差异并无较大变化。基于上述结论,对我国高技术产业技术转化提出了一些建议。
Recent years, the R&D input and output of China's high-tech industry have increased substantially, but how about the market transformation efficiency of patent, and how about the dynamic relationship between the transformation efficiency and property rights, firm size, industrial agglomeration. To solve this problem, a translog stochastic frontier model based on patent transformation is constructed, use the SFA method to analyze the factors on the transformation efficiency of patent. By means of the panel data of the 1995 ~ 2011 China Statistics Yearbook on high-tech industry, five primary high-tech industries are analyzed. The results showed that, ( 1 ) Through the a- nalysis of each factors influencing the patent transformation efficiency of high-tech industry, found that, the degree of foreign investment, the large-scale enterprises, the degree of industrial agglomeration have a significant role in promoting the transformation efficiency of patent, but the degree of nationalization and the small-scale enterprises have significant role of counterproductive, in addition, the relationship between the medium-scale enterprises and the patent transformation efficiency is not significant; (2) Through comparing the patent transformation efficiency of high-tech industry, found that, the efficiency of Manufacture of Electronic Equipment and Communication Equip- ment, Manufacture of Computers and Office Equipments significantly higher than other industries, this may be re- lated to the strong market demands of the two industries in recent years, driven by the demand, the transformation of the technological achievements can be performed in a timely manner, but the efficiency of Manufacture of Air- crafts and Spacecrafts is in the middle and lower level, this may be related to the features of the industrial product, as its product characterized the complexity, the technology transfer cycle of this industry is longer, so the transfor- mation efficiency is not high, Manufacture of Medicines, Manufacture of Medica
