摘要
在分析铝合金弯管接头压铸件结构的基础上,进行了工艺分析、浇注系统设计、模具设计、三维建模及网格划分。根据铸件的温度场、充型流动状况、铸件缩孔、缩松所在位置及孔隙率,模拟并优化出最佳压铸工艺参数:压射速度为1.8m/s,模具预热温度为200℃,铝合金浇注温度为660℃。根据优化的工艺参数进行了实际生产验证,得到质量优良的弯管接头压铸件。
Based on the analysis of structure of die-casting aluminum bending tube joint,process analysis,gating system design,die design,3Dmodeling and meshing were carried out for.According to the casting temperature field,the filling flow condition,the position of the shrinkage and shrinkage porosity,the desirable process parameters for simulation were presented as follows:injection speed of 1.8m/s,mold preheating temperature of 200℃,pouring temperature of 660℃.Through applying the optimized parameters for practical production verification,the die casting tube joint with satisfied quality was produced successfully.
