摘要
为了进一步探讨压力铸造过程中转向柱支架模具设计,对充型及浇注系统进行数值模拟。依据设计参数确定压铸机的型号,进行浇注系统设计,确定内浇道厚度为4 mm,宽度为12 mm;对浇注系统与溢流槽位置进行了优化;对浇注温度与缩松缩孔进行了分析。模拟结果表明,780℃为较合理的浇注温度,能够有效防冷隔缺陷的出现,即铸件出现的缩松较轻微,对铸件质量影响较小。
In order to further explore the mould design of pressure casting process for steering column support, the filling and pouring system were numerically simulated. According to the design parameters, the type of die casting machine was determined, the gating system was designed, determining ingate's thickness 4 mm and width 12 mm; the gating system and overflow tank location were optimized; the pouring temperature and shrinkage porosity were analyzed. The simulation results show that pouring temperature of 780℃is a more reasonable temperature point to effectively prevent the castings form cold insulation defects, the casting shrinkage is mild, the effects on the casting quality is small.
