摘要
简要介绍了大型活塞式压缩机气缸体的结构和基本要求,阐述了气缸体的工艺设计及生产过程,对模板设计、浇注系统、造型、熔炼、浇注以及生产过程所采取的工艺措施做了较详细的探讨,并对生产压缩机气缸体生产过程中所出现的尺寸不符、粘砂、漂芯、缩松渗漏等铸造缺陷做了深入的分析,并提出了有效的防止措施,结果证明,大型活塞式压缩机的成形工艺是成功的。
Structure and basic requirements for cylinder of large piston compressor have been briefed and technology design and production of such cylinder have been expounded with discussion about model design,pouring system,molding,melting,pouring and technology procedures taken in production in details. Casting defects such as dimension deviation,sand inclusion,core shift,porosity and leakage have been deeply analysed with effective preventing measures,resulting in that forming technology of such has been proved to be successful.
