Design and Optimization of Gating System for Aluminum Alloy Die Casting Lower Case Based on the MAGMASOFT Software

摘要 针对某铝合金压铸下箱体实际生产存在的缺陷进行了分析,通过MAGMASOFT铸造模拟软件模拟了铝液的充填过程,找到了导致铸件缺陷的根本原因,对其浇注系统进行了设计和优化。结果表明,采用优化后的方案生产的铸件,其外观以及内部质量有了较大的提升,符合产品的技术要求,减少了试制的次数,缩短了开发的周期。 The actual defect analysis of aluminum alloy die casting lower case was conducted.The origination of defects was described by MAGMASOFT to simulate the filling process.Then design and optimization of the gating system were conducted based on the MAGMASOFT simulation.The results show that the quality of die casting lower case is improved after using the optimized design.The die casting lower case meets the requirements of product technology,shortening trial-die time.
