摘要
勤工助学是当前学生资助体系的重要组成部分,是对家庭经济困难学生进行资助的有效途径,同时具有重要的育人功能。在综合考察勤工助学育人现状的基础上,提炼实现勤工助学育人功能的路径及若干要素,并设计调查问卷进行实际调查。综合分析影响勤工助学育人功能发挥的因素,提出进一步实现勤工助学育人功能的可行路径。
As an important part of the financial aid system for students, work-study program is the effective way to fund financially-troubled students, also has an important educational function. Based on the comprehensive study of the present situation of work-study education, we extracted the realization path of work-study education function and several elements, and designed a questionnaire function are comprehensively analyzed, and the is put forward in this paper. for actual survey. The basic factors which affect the educational feasible path for further realizing the work-study education function is put forward in this paper.
