摘要
随着社会的转型和不断发展,高校“打工一族”越来越多,勤工助学活动日益成为高校青年学生成长过程中的一个热门话题,但在对勤工助学的认识与管理上还存在一些问题与不足之处。本文拟对高校勤工助学活动进行探讨,以加强对当前勤工助学的理性认识,坚持勤工助学在管理中育人,在育人中解困,突出其以育人为本的价值理念,这是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的社会实践新机制。
With the transformation and continuous development of society,There are more and more'Part-time job family'.Part-work and part study program become a subject of great topical imterest in the course of students' growth,but the recognization and management for it also have shortcoming.The paper will probe it to strengthen reasonal recognization and insist on cultivating people in management and getting rid of difficulty in educating peoplel.To break through value ideas of education people as centre is a new mechanism of social practice of enhancing and improving ideological and political education.
