摘要
近10年来,随着我国综合国力的提高,居民的生活水平有了明显的改善。高校家庭经济困难学生的结构和助困模式也在悄悄发生着改变。党中央站在历史发展和时代进步的高度,在党的十八大报告中强调,要推动高等教育内涵式发展。这为我国高等教育在新的历史时期深化改革、科学发展进一步指明了方向,提出了更高要求。走内涵式发展之路,已成为当今高等教育发展的主题和高校综合实力提升的焦点。校园勤工助学作为高校为家庭经济困难学生提供的重要的助困手段之一,也出现了一些新特点和新变化。参与的学生对待校园勤工助学的态度也随之发生改变,他们对校园勤工助学在工作时间、报酬及岗位类别等方面有了更高的要求。作为高校,就要积极适应这种变化和要求,拓展校园勤工助学有效信息平台,科学统筹学生学业与助学,切实保障学生的合法权益。
With the improvement of China′s comprehensive national strength and people′s living standard, the structure and aiding mode of poverty - stricken university students is chaning. The concept of connotative development emphasized in the report at the 18th party congress has become a theme of higher education development. As a crucial way of helping poverty - stricken university students, the campus part - time job is also having some new characters and changes, so is the attitude of students involved in the this job. And students have higher requirements for working time, payment, type of position and the like. The institutions of higher learning shall actively adapt themselves to these changes and requirement by exploring campus part - time job information platform, scientifically planning students′ study and work and thus feasibly protect students′ legitimate rights and interests.
