摘要
中职生正处在青春期身心发展的重要阶段,同时也是塑造其性格的关键阶段。虽然对于什么是职业,以及职业化是什么还不很清晰,但他们已经面临专业的选择及职业社会的挑战,因此探究中职生职业化塑造的教学对策已成为迫在眉睫的问题。为此,要提高中职教师的职业素质、加强学生职业生涯规划、改革教学方法、加强社会实践活动,大力推进中职生职业素质的培养工作。
The secondary vocational students＇ physical and mental development is in the important stage of adolescence, and is also the key stage of shaping their character. Though still not very clear for what is career, as well as what is professionalism, they have faced professional choice and professional social challenges. Therefore that explore the teaching strategies of professionalism-shaping of secondary vocational students has become an imminent problem. Therefore, it needs to improve secondary vocational teachers＇ professional quality, strengthen students＇ career planning, reform teaching methods, strengthen the social practiceactivities, and vigorously promote thesecondaryvocational students＇ professional qualitytraining.
