韩国“自由学期制”对我国普通高中职业指导课程的启示

摘要 2013年韩国出台"自由学期制"改革政策并于2016年在全国中学全面推行,该项改革所体现出的对青少年的职业生涯规划意识和能力培养及所采取的相关措施值得关注和探讨。我国应借鉴其经验,反思当前我国普通高中职业指导课程存在的问题,开设独立的职业指导课程,构建职业指导网络平台,建立职业指导体系,加强师资队伍的培养,以此深化职业指导课程在普通高中的地位。 The reform measures of "flexible term system" was published in South Korea in 2013 and was fully implemented in secondary schools throughout the country in 2016. This reform reflects the awareness and ability of youth career planning and the relevant measures to be taken deserve our attention and discussion. China should learn from its experience and reflect on the problems of vocational guidance curriculum in high schools. To set up independent vocational guidance courses and build a career guidance network platform,at the same time to establish vocational guidance system and strengthen the training of teachers,through these measures to deepen the status of vocational guidance courses in high schools in China.
