摘要
西方国家生涯教育课程经历了始建、推广、规范三阶段,其实施有着诸多独特的理念与举措。借鉴其经验,当前在我国生涯教育工作中,应充分认识相关课程实施的紧迫性与必要性、坚持以学生发展为课程实施目标、建设全员课程实施队伍、注重课程实施效果评价,以推动学生的生涯成长,提高学校的育人质量。
In the West, career education has experienced the three stages of the initial establishment, promotion and standardization. There are several unique ideas and measures in its development and implementation. Using their experience for reference, at present, it is demanded that we recognize the urgency and necessity of the curriculum implementation, take the development of students as the ultimate pursuit, encourage the entire faculty to implement the curriculum and put emphasis on appraising its effects objectively in order to promote the students' career development and improve the quality of school education.
