摘要 目的:综述呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的最新诊断和治疗进展。方法:检索收集VAP诊断标准、治疗措施相关文献,进行归纳整理。结果:缺乏简单可靠的诊断标准导致VAP的临床诊断相对困难,有效的预防措施能显著降低VAP的发生率。抗感染是VAP治疗的关键,早期应用有效的抗菌药物能显著降低VAP的病死率,缩短患者住院时间。结论:目前VAP的诊断和治疗仍面临较多问题,早期诊断和有效预防非常关键。 Objective: To review the latest progression of diagnosis and treatment of ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP).Methods: The relevant literature on the VAP diagnostic criteria and treatment measures were collected and summarized. Results: The lack of simple and reliable diagnostic criteria made the clinical diagnosis of VAP relatively difficult, and effective preventive measures can significantly reduce the incidence of VAP. Anti- infection is the key to the treatment of VAP, early application of effective antibacterial drugs can significantly reduce VAP mortality, and shorten the length of hospitalization time. Conclusion: The diagnosis and treatment of VAP still remained many problems, early diagnosis and effective prevention are important.
