摘要
重症监护室(ICU)的很多患者在观察治疗期间,需要通过机械通气手段进行通气支持,但是受到多种因素影响。患者借助于呼吸机正常呼吸期间有着较高的风险发生呼吸机相关性肺炎并发症,对于患者机体的预后质量会造成不良影响,所以需要ICU的护理人员结合疾病发生的相关危险因素,采用针对性较强的护理方案来对患者进行全方位的护理,帮助科室内的危重症患者顺利度过危险期,尽快正常呼吸,早日康复。本文结合近年来诸多学者对于ICU患者高发的呼吸机相关性肺炎护理的研究情况,总结了护理期间ICU护士需要掌握的疾病发病的高危因素与具体的护理措施等内容,以此为更多医院ICU护士高质量地完成危重症患者的呼吸机治疗护理工作提供参考经验。
Many patients in intensive care unit(ICU)need ventilation support through mechanical ventilation during observation and treatment,but which was affected by many factors.Patients have a higher risk of complications of ventilator-associated pneumonia during normal breathing by ventilator.Such complications will have adverse effects on the prognosis quality of patients,so ICU nurses need to combine the relevant risk factors of disease occurrence and adopt targeted nursing programs to provide comprehensive care for patients, so as to help critically ill patients in the department to pass the dangerous period smoothly,breathe normally as soon as possible and recover early.Combined with the research of many scholars on ventilator-associated pneumonia nursing in ICU patients in recent years,this article summarizes the high risk factors and specific nursing measures that ICU nurses need to grasp during the nursing period, so as to provide reference experience for more ICU nurses to complete high-quality ventilator treatment and nursing work for critically ill patients.
