摘要
目的对江苏省老年医学1998～2007年的现状及发展方向作初步评析,旨在揭示江苏省老年医学研究的特点及规律,探讨老年医学发展趋势。方法以中国知网的中国学术期刊网络出版总库为数据来源,检索1998～2007年江苏省老年医学基础与临床相关文献。采用文献计量学的方法,分析江苏省老年医学文献量及年代分布,并对文献发表源的统计源期刊及老年医学领域的学科分布进行统计分析。结果江苏省老年医学10年文献量为4623篇,占全国老年医学文献量的7.72%,其中56.63%发表在统计源期刊。与全国老年医学文献量相比,江苏省老年医学文献量10年间发展趋势不明显。江苏省老年医学文献共涉及38个学科,其中70%的文献量集中在25%的学科中,而90%的文献量集中在50%的学科中。结论江苏省老年医学在全国老年医学领域中有一定地位,但是进展相对缓慢。江苏省老年医学各学科发展不平衡,而且各学科研究有待进一步深入。
Objective To investigate the current situation and development of geriatrics of Jiangsu province, and to find out the characteristics and the trend in development of the studies in geriatrics of Jiangsu province. Methods The literatures in the subject category of geriatrics of Jiangsu province from 1998 to 2007 were collected from the database, www. cnki. net. Bibliometric methods were used to analyze the distribution of time, subjects and source journals of the literatures. Results The total number of the literatures in geriatrics of Jiangsu province from 1998 to 2007 was 4623, accounting for 7.72% of the total number of the literatures in geriatrics of China,56. 63% of which were published on the source journals for Chinese scientific and technical papers and citations. Compared with the total number of the literatures in geriatrics of China, the trend in development of the literatures and geriatrics of Jiangsu province was not clear. The literatures in geriatrics of Jiangsu province covered 38 subjects categories, and 25% of the subject categories included 70% of the literatures, 50% of the subject categories including 90% of the literatures. Conclusions Jiangsu province plays an important role in China in the studies of geriatrics, while showing slow development. The development of geriatrics of Jiangsu province shows an imbalance between different subject categories, and need further studies.
