摘要
进入21世纪,纳米技术、纳米材料在科技领域发挥着日益重要的作用。碳纳米管作为纳米材料的典型代表之一,在诸多领域都显示出良好的发展前景。综述了碳纳米管在组织工程支架、药物载体、肿瘤治疗、生物传感器等生物医药领域的应用研究进展及现存的生物相容性问题,提出了该领域亟待解决的问题并展望了未来的发展趋势。
Entering the 21 st century,nanotechnology and nanomaterials is playing an increasingly important role in the field of science and technology.Carbon nanotubes,as one of the typical representative of nanomaterials is showing a good developing prospect in many fields.The application of carbon nanotubes in biomedical field,such as scaffolds for tissue engineering,drug carrier,treatment of tumor,biological sensors and so on were reviewed.The existing biological compatibility problems were also described.Finally,some problems should be solved and prospects of the developing trend in this field in the future were put forward.
