摘要
为了解决铸造工艺过程中人工运送料锭效率低下的问题,提出一种基于双激光传感器的料锭定位方法。通过双激光传感器扫描料锭堆并计算和存储料锭的位置与偏角,实现了料锭的定位。实验表明,该定位算法的平均误差可以达到0.33mm,上料速度提高近一倍,符合工业自动化上料的要求,可以应用于工业生产中。
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of manual transportation of ingots in process, a method of ingot positioning based on dual laser sensors was proposed. By scanning the ingot pile with double laser sensors and calculating and storing the position and deflection angle of the ingot, the positioning of the ingot was realized. The experimental results show that the average error of the algorithm can reach 0.33 mm, which meets the requirements of industrial automatic feeding and it can be applied to practical industrial production.
