摘要
党的十八大和十八届三中全会提出了"深化教育领域综合改革"的要求。深化社区教育改革和发展,必须坚定"以人为本"的核心立场,进一步体现"人是目的""人是主体""人作为尺度""人是过程"的思想;必须进一步解放和增强社会活力,其重点在于进一步解放思想,充分发挥社区成员的主体性,培育社会性,遵循和运用市场机制,建立政府引领下的"多力合一"的推进模式。
The 18 th Party Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC proposed the requirement of ＂ deepening the comprehensive reform of education field＂. To deepen the reform and development of community education,the core position of ＂ people-oriented＂ should be stuck to,and the thoughts of ＂ man is the end＂, ＂ man is the subject＂, ＂ man is as a scale＂ and ＂ man is a process＂ are to be further reflected. It is necessary to further liberate and enhance the social vitality,whose focuses are to further emancipate the mind,to give full play to the community members＇ subjectivity,to foster sociability,and to establish a promoting mode of ＂ more forces in one＂ led by the government following and applying market mechanism.
