摘要
针对目前高校纺织服装专业教师队伍建设的现状,通过对影响高校纺织服装专业教师队伍建设的因素分析,提出了产学研模式下要更新培养理念、拓宽师资引进渠道、整合优质资源、发展实习实训基地、培养"双师型"教师队伍、健全评价体系等有效措施,以建设高水平、高质量、具有创新能力的纺织服装专业教师队伍。
Aiming at the present situation of funny textile clothing teachers team construction,based on the analysis of factors that influence the funny textile clothing professional teachers team construction,this paper puts forward effective measures such as updating the training concept,broadening the channels for teachers introduction,integrating high quality resources,developing practice bases,cultivating＂double type＂teachers team,perfecting evaluation system etc,to construct high level,high quality and creative textile clothes professional teachers team.
