男性吸毒者血小板聚集和vWF水平测定及主要影响因素探讨 被引量:3

Measurement of platelet aggregation and von Willebrand factor in male drug abusers and investigation of the major influencing factors

摘要 目的观察男性吸毒者血小板聚集和血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平并探讨其主要影响因素。方法测定153例男性吸毒者和65例男性健康对照者血小板聚集率(PAR)和vWF水平,并问卷调查吸毒者的吸毒年限,吸毒类型和吸毒方式。结果吸毒组PAR和vWF水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。吸毒>1年者PAR和vWF水平显著高于≤1年者(P<0.001),吸毒>1年者二者水平与吸毒年限呈高度正相关(R2=0.4993、0.5870,P<0.001)。在吸毒≤1年者中,不同吸毒类型各组之间和不同吸毒方式各组之间PAR和vWF水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在吸毒年限>1年者中,吸食传统毒品者、传统与新型毒品均吸者PAR和vWF水平均显著高于吸食新型毒品者(P<0.01),注射吸毒者、注射与非注射吸毒均有者PAR和vWF水平均显著高于非注射吸毒者(P<0.01)。结论吸毒年限增加、吸食传统毒品以及注射方式吸毒是导致男性吸毒者PAR和vWF水平增高的主要因素。 Objective To observe the levels of platelet aggregation rate (PAR) and yon Willebrand factor (vWF) in male drug abusers, and to investigate the main influencing factors. Methods PAR and vWF:AN levels were measured in 153 male drug abusers and 65 male healthy volunteers. A questionnaire survey on the duration, types and ways of drug abuse was conducted. Results PAR and vWF levels of the drug abusers were significantly higher than those of the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). PAR and vWF levels were significantly higher in the drug abusers with drug - abusing duration of 〉 1 - year than in those with the du- ration of ≤ 1 - year ( P〈 0. 001 ). In drug abusers with drug - abusing duration of 〉 1 - year, PAR and vWF levels were signif- icantly positively correlated with the duration of drug abuse ( R2 = 0. 4993, R2 = 0. 5870, P 〈 0. 001 ). Among drug abusers with drug- abusing duration of 41 - year, no statistically significant difference was found in PAR and vWF levds among differ- ent drug - abusing type groups and among different drug - abusing way groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Among drug abusers with drug - abusing duration of 〉 1 - year, PAR and vWF levels were significantly higher in the drug abusers with traditional drug abuse as well as with both traditional and new drug abuse than in those with single new drug abuse (P〈0.01). PAR and vWF levels were also significantly higher in drug abusers with injecting abuse way as well as with both injecting and non- injecting abusing ways than in those with non- injecting abuse way (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Increased drug- abusing duration, traditional drug abuse and injecting abuse way are the major factors inducing the increasing levels of PAR and vWF in male drug- abusers.
