摘要
转识成智是指将外在的知识转化为人求知、做事与为人的思维方式与人格素养。当下,教师之教的偏颇并不在于其传授了知识,而在于其未能转识成智。而转识成智的教师之教则需灌注问题,展示求解;参悟知识,跃迁教学;温故知新,以身传道。
Transforming knowledge into wisdom means changing, knowledge into one's thinking style and personal quality of human's learning, doing and being a person. Currently, the partiality of teachers' teaching does not lie in imparting knowledge, but failing to transform knowledge into wisdom. Transforming knowledge into wisdom needs to do the following things in the perspective of teaching: focusing on the problems and laying bare the process of tackling them, gaining an insight into knowledge and enhancing instruction, and acquiring new knowledge by reviewing the old and setting a role model with one's own conduct.
