摘要
采用原位化学聚合的方法合成了聚苯胺/炭黑复合材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、循环伏安、恒流充放电及交流阻抗等对其微观形态和电化学性质进行了分析。结果表明,添加炭黑的聚苯胺复合材料的电化学活性得到提高,其中炭粉质量分数为复合物总量的15%的样品表现最好,与纯聚苯胺相比,其比电容量从180F/g提高到370F/g,提高了将近105.5%。
Supercapacitor electrode materials based on polyaniline / carbon black composites has been synthesized by in situ polymerization. The microstructures and the electrochemical performance of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction spectroscopy( XRD),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy( SEM),cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge measurements. The results showed that the electrochemical activity of the PANI / carbon black composites after adding carbon black was improved,and the composites of 15wt% of carbon black with respect to the total amount of compound had the best performance,with its capacitance of 370 F / g being 105. 5% higher than that of pure PANI( 180 F / g).
