摘要
对电容器用聚酯薄膜的性能、制造方法、树脂和添加剂的要求以及电容器膜超薄化技术等进行了介绍 ,并对薄膜厚度与电容的关系进行了论述。
This paper introduces the properties of PET film for capacitor,manufacture methods of the film,the requirements of PET and the additives, the ultrathin film technique. Also the relation between thickness of film and capacitance is discussed.
