摘要
目的通过化学氧化法制备聚苯胺,并将其作为分散相固相萃取的吸附材料,用于实际样品中水溶性人工色素的提取。方法采用化学氧化法制备聚苯胺,优化仪器参数和提取反应条件后,将聚苯胺用于人工合成色素胭脂红、苋菜红、柠檬黄和日落黄的提取,同时应用于实际饮料样品中人工合成色素的检测。结果水溶性人工合成色素标准品提取前后对比图以及高效液相色谱图均显示出该提取法对4种水溶性人工合成色素具有极好的提取效率,可以基本实现完全提取,方法用于复杂基体样品的检测时同样具有良好的提取效率。结论新提取方法对水溶性人工色素萃取效率高,抗干扰能力强,同时还具有操作简单、成本低廉和环境友好等优点,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective Polyaniline was prepared by chemical oxidation method,and it was used as solid phase extraction material for the extraction of water soluble synthetic pigment in real samples. Methods Polyaniline was prepared by chemical oxidation method. After the optimization of instrument parameters and extraction conditions,the polyaniline was used for the determination of synthetic pigment carmine,amaranth,tartrazine and sunset yellow reference material,which was also employed to the determination of synthetic pigment in real beverage samples. Results Both of the figures before and after the extraction of four common synthetic pigments and high performance liquid chromatography figures showed that the new method obtained excellent extraction efficiency for the extraction of water soluble synthetic pigments,basically can achieve full extraction. The results from the real beverage samples also showed good extraction efficiency for polyaniline. Conclusion The new method had a high extraction efficiency for the the extraction of water soluble synthetic pigments and strong anti-interference ability. The new method also had many other advantages including simple operation,low cost and friendly environment,which had good application prospects in other fields.
