摘要
肝纤维化是许多慢性肝病发展而来,是其所共有的病理过程,并可逐渐发展为肝硬化。近年来,各医家对肝纤维化的认识与治疗虽不尽相同,但总的原则都把握了"肝主疏泄"的生理功能。本文对此进行了综述。
Hepatic fibrosis is the development of many chronic liver diseases which had a common pathological process, and can be devel-oped into cirrhosis. In recent years, physicians had different understanding and treatments on hepatic fibrosis, but they all grasped the physiological function of ＂ liver controlling conveyance and dispersion＂. This paper made a summary.
