摘要
"治未病"思想是祖国医学的重要组成部分,其核心内容体现在未病先防、既病防变及病后防复三方面。原发性肝癌具有恶性程度高、侵袭性强、预后差的致病特点,肿瘤的复发和治疗所带来的不良反应严重影响患者的生存质量,因此,肝癌的防治应注重早发现、早诊断、防复发,防重于治尤为重要,此与中医"治未病"思想理论相符合。本文将以中医"治未病"思想为指导,浅谈原发性肝癌的治疗,并进行病案举隅,为原发性肝癌临床防治及其预后提供参考。
"Preventive Treatment" thought is an important part of the motherland medicine, it reflects in its prevention before disease, prevention of existing disease and prevention after disease three aspects, primary liver cancer is characterized by high degree of malignancy, strong invasiveness and poor prognosis.The recurrence of tumor and adverse reactions caused by treatment seriously affect the quality of life of patients.The prevention and treatment of liver cancer should pay attention to early detection, early diagnosis and prevention of recurrence, and prevention is more important than treatment, which is in line with the theory of "Preventive Treatment" in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper will briefly discuss the treatment of primary liver cancer under the guidance of the idea of "Preventive Treatment" in traditional Chinese medicine, and gives a summary of medical records, so as to provide a reference for the clinical prevention and treatment and prognosis of primary liver cancer.
