基于现代学徒制的工商管理专业人才培养模式改革研究 被引量:25

摘要 当前,我国工商管理专业高度重视实用型职业化人才的培养,但还存在学生就业不能满足企业用工需求的问题。借鉴国内外应用现代学徒制人才培养模式的成功经验,工商管理专业应当树立面向企业用工需求、培养专业人才的理念;再造培养流程,让企业全程参与;优化人才培养保障体系,高效利用校企资源等措施来革新现有的人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量。 At present,China has attached great importance to business management professional practical training professional personnel,but there is still a gap between student employment and employment needs of enterprises.Learning from the successful experience of the application of modern apprenticeship training model,business management professional should establish the idea of meet business-oriented labor demand and training professionals,use recycled training process so as to let enterprises participate in the course,reform personnel training security system and efficiently take the resources from schools and enterprises into use,at last,the quality of talents cultivation can be improved.
