摘要
翻转课堂教学的成功实施离不开高素质的教师。翻转课堂教学模式下,课堂内,教师的角色需从知识讲解为主转向激疑解惑为主,从注重学生对知识的理解转向重视学生高层次思维能力的发展和综合素质的培养,从面向学生全体转向面向个体。教师的学科素养、教育教学素养、信息技术素养以及教育智慧等共同决定着翻转课堂教学的质量。线上学习与线下学习相结合、理念更新与实践反思相结合等是新时期教师专业成长的重要方式。
The teaching and learning effects in the flipped classroom depend on the teacher.However,the teacher's role should change as follows:shifting from on teaching knowledge to questioning and answering;from on remembering and understanding of knowledge to analyzing,applying and evaluating;from facing to all students to facing to one.Teachers' subject knowledge,education literacy,information and computer technology,educational wisdom supporting the effect of flipped classroom.Nowadays,the mixed learning of online and offline,idea renewal and Practical reflection are the important way for professional development.
