消退素D1缓解神经病理性疼痛的研究进展

Progress of resolvin D1 in alleviating neuropathic pain

摘要 背景神经病理性疼痛(neuropathicpain,NP)是临床上常见的医学难题,因其形成机制复杂,目前尚缺乏有效的治疗手段。消退素(resolvin,Rv)D1是一种新发现的内源性促炎症消退介质,对多种疼痛模型具有镇痛作用,然而其具体镇痛机制仍不明确。最近有研究发现,它可参与影响小胶质细胞激活状态,促进其M2型极化,而小胶质细胞的激活状态与NP等慢性神经炎性疾病密切相关。目的分析RvD1是否可通过影响小胶质细胞的激活状态来产生镇痛作用。内容简要介绍近来对于RvD1的镇痛作用及其与小胶质细胞活化关系的研究进展。趋向完善RvD1的镇痛机制,探寻新的NP治疗方法。 Background Neuropathic pain (NP) is a common clinical medical problem, because of its complex development mechanism, and there is still no effective treatment method currently. Resolvin (Rv) D1 is a newly discovered endogenous proinflammato~ resolution media. It has analgesic effects for a variety of pain models, but its specific analgesic mechanism remains unclear. Recent studies have found that it may be involved in influencing the microglia activation state, promoting the microglia towards M2 polarization. And the activation of microglia is closely related to the NP and other chronic neuroinflammatory diseases. Objective To study whether RvD1 produce analgesic effects by influencing the microglial activation state. Content This paper briefly introduces the research progress about the relations between its analgesic effect and microglia activation state recently. Trend Completing the analgesic mechanism of RvD1, and exploring new therapeutic methods of NP.
