摘要
采用溶剂浸提法对黄刺玫果籽油的提取工艺进行研究。在单因素试验的基础上,运用正交试验设计优化工艺参数,以提取率、酸值及过氧化值为指标进行综合评价。结果表明,最佳浸提工艺为液料比12∶1,浸提温度50℃,浸提时间4 h,浸提次数2次。在此条件下,黄刺玫果籽油的提取率为95.9%,酸值为0.739 mg KOH/g,过氧化值为4.732 mmol/kg。
The solvent extraction procedures of Rosa xanthina Lindl seed oil are studies. Based on the single factor experiment,orthogonal experimental design is employed to optimize process parameters, taking extraction rate, acid value and peroxide value as indexs of comprehensive evaluation. The results show that the optimum extraction conditions are obtained by orthogonal test as follows:liquid- solid ratio 12 ∶1,extraction temperature 50 ℃,extraction time 4 h,extraction 2 times. Under the optimal conditions,the extraction yield of Rosa xanthina Lindl seed oil is 95.9%,the acid value is 0.739 mg KOH/g,and the peroxide value is 4.732 mmol/kg.
