摘要
建立某电动客车整车骨架有限元模型,进行车身结构的弯曲刚度和扭转刚度有限元计算;然后进行车身弯曲刚度、扭转刚度及质量对构件厚度的灵敏度分析,依据灵敏度分析结果,优化车身构件厚度,提高车身骨架结构的扭转刚度和弯曲刚度,同时质量不增加。
A finite element model of an electric bus frame is built, the bending stiffness and torsional stiffness are calculated of the body structure; then the sensitivities of bending stiffness, torsional stiffness and mass about the thickness of components are analyzed respectively. Based on the sensitivity analysis results, through optimizing the thickness of the body components, the bending stiffness and torsional stiffness are improved while the mass of the body don't increase.
