摘要
本文在HyperMesh软件中建立了一款12米长的纯电动公交客车车身骨架的有限元模型,并对模型进行了多种典型工况下的结构分析。根据结构分析的结果,找出了车身骨架结构设计的不足,对于纯电动客车车身骨架中的部分结构进行改进优化设计。通过对改进后的车身骨架进行结构分析并与原方案进行对比,验证了结构优化的合理性。
In this paper,the finite element model of a 12 mlong electric bus body structure is established by way of HyperMesh software and the structural analysis of the model under a variety of typical conditions is carried out.According to the result of the analysis,the insufficiency of body frame strength was found out,and some structures in the body frame were improved and optimized.The structure optimization is verified from the results of Analysis of the improved body structure compared with the original design.
