摘要
目的建立头孢克洛原料中二甲基甲酰胺残留量测定的气相色谱法。方法根据样品性质,对进样方法进行选择,优化样品前处理方法,排除干扰,建立二甲基甲酰胺残留量检测方法。结果样品存在热降解峰干扰,以5%NH_4HCO_3溶液作为溶剂,采用萃取法对样品进行前处理后直接进样分析。结论本方法可以使样品溶解完全,有效排除样品干扰,并通过方法学验证,能够快速、灵敏、准确的对头孢克洛中二甲基甲酰胺残留量进行检测。
Objective To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of dimethylformamide residues in cefaclor. Methods According to the properties of samples, the way of injection was selected and the pretreatment was optimized in order to eliminate the interference. It is the way that establish residual dimethylformamide test. Results Sample exists thermal degradation peak interference. Using 5% NH4HCO3 solution as solvent, the sample was extracted and injected directly. Conclusion This method can completely dissolve sample and eliminate the interference. It is validated and can be used for the determination of dimethylformamide residues in cefaclor successfully.
