头孢菌素合成酶无载体固定化工艺研究 被引量：2

Study on cross-linked cnzyme aggregates of aminocephalosporin synthetase

摘要 采用交联聚集体固定化头孢菌素合成酶,得到稳定高效的固定化酶。使用自制的固定化酶制备头孢克洛,合成转化收率可达75%以上。 By using of a cross-linked enzyme aggregates of aminocephalosporin synthetase, a stable and highly active immobilized enzyme was isolated. The cefaclor could be prepared wirh transformation yield of 75%.
